Item #343 is a hand made plate using mica/micaceous clay the plate is set inside a hand made wooden box frame. The plate is hand built using the slab technique and has a cut flower pattern. The plate is hand burnished and hand painted free hand using black and green underglazes, electric kiln fired. The plate is set inside a hand made wooden box frame that has a dark stain application, it has been glued to the frame making the item function as a wall hanging piece.
